2. PRODUCT INFORMATION

Products displayed at our website are available while stocks last. Prices displayed at our website are quoted in Singapore Dollars and are valid and apply throughout all countries.

THEWILDFLOW3R makes every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colours of our products that appear on our website. However, actual colours you see are dependent on the resolution and screen calibration of your technical device. We therefore are unable to guarantee that your monitor's display of any colours will be the exact shade as the colours of our products. Do note that pictures of apparel are generally brighter than the actual colour of the apparel itself - please purchase only if you are comfortable with some discrepancy.

 

THEWILDFLOW3R also provides all necessary information about its products to the best of its abilities. Measurements for every product are stated clearly. Extra measurements can be provided via email if required. As such, ill-fitting items are not considered defects and will not be applicable for exchanges or refunds. 

 

3. DELIVERY INFORMATION

All prices stated on the website are exclusive of postage. Free courier delivery is offered for purchases over SGD80 in a single invoice. Please see shipping information page for more information. It will take 1 to 3 working days from the shipped date to reach your doorstep. Please note that delays are more apparent during peak season/public holidays and these are beyond our control.

• In the event whereby a failed delivery is made, the courier company will redeliver on the following day (up to 1 redelivery attempt).
