Exchange and Returns
We accept request for returns and/or exchange of size/colour (excluding items currently on backorder) for local orders and defective items with photo proof*. (*Please drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days from date of delivery and wait for our email acknowledgement.)
The following are not eligible for exchanges:
Orders made with promotional codes, gift cards, store credits and birthday discounts
Products on backorder status and special collaboration with external brand(s)
Sale items and accessories (eg: earrings)
We accept returns of the following categories: clothing, bags and shoes.
Orders made with promo codes are not returnable.
Your return must reach us within 30 days* from the date of delivery/collection with a valid Order Reference number. (*Please drop us an email at email@example.com within 7 days from date of delivery and wait for our email acknowledgement.)
Condition of return item(s)
Please make sure all items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with product tags still attached.
Reimbursement Processing time
After your return has been confirmed, you'll be issued store credits equivalent to the combined total amount of purchase price and delivery fee of each returned item. We do not provide cash refunds for any return orders and delivery fees. Your return shall be processed within 7 business days from when we receive and acknowledge it.
*Defective items will be analyzed on a case-to-case basis.
Less than 0.5" difference from our given measurements WILL NOT be considered as a defect.
In the event that the returned item(s) are deemed NOT defective, a credit note equivalent to the value of the apparel will be issued to you. Postage costs WILL NOT be reimbursed.
